Biographical notes:

Choinski (1899-1997) served in the United States Army for nearly 40 years. He was involved in the Wisconsin National Guard, as well as the 4th and 8th Armies. He assisted in establishing intelligence schools in many countries and achieved the rank of Colonel before retiring.
