Biographical notes:
City planner, Tempe, Arizona.
An Idaho native, Dave Fackler received his architectural design degree from Idaho State University. In the latter part of the 1970's he was hired by the City of Tempe to serve on the Design Review Board. By 1979 he had become supervisor of the Redevelopment & Planning Division. Later, responsibility for the long-range planning division became his as well.
