Putnam, William, storekeeper
Biographical notes:
A rural storekeeper in Wendell, Massachusetts. Putnam frequently credited customers, many of whom were women with palm leaf hats to barter. Significant entries include Joseph Leland, Prentice and Brown, Charles Parmenter, and the Wendell Mill Co.
