Professor of History at Knox College in Galesburg, Ill. who was writing about the beginnings of the Progressive Party in Illinois. Corresponded with Harold Ickes, I.C. Copley, C.E. Merriam, Donald Richberg and Walter S. Rogers regarding the Progressive movement.
