Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Walter Taber, on voyage from 28 Oct. 1846-2 June 1849, to the Off Shore and Coast of Chile whaling grounds; owner-agent: T. & A.R. Nye; built at Middletown, Conn., in 1823; altered to a bark, 1865; wrecked 1896.
