Biographical notes:
Francisco Fabian y Fuero was bishop of the Diocese of Tlaxcala, Mexico (1765-1773) and archbishop of the Archdiocese of Valencia, Spain (1773-1795). Joseph de Ortega Moro was a counselor to Bishop Fabian y Fuero at Tlaxcala.
