Amram, Fred Michael

Biographical notes:

Fred Michael Amram was born on September 19, 1933 in Hannover, Germany. He earned his B.S. in 1956 from Syracuse University, his M.A. in 1959 and A.B.D. in 1961 from the University of Minnesota. Amram joined the faculty at the University of Minnesota in 1965 as professor in General College. He also served as coordinator of speech-communications in General College from 1977-1984. Professor Amram's areas of expertise are in the fields of creativity and women inventors. During his time at the University of Minnesota, Professor Amram has been an advocate for the HELP Center and the University Child Day Care program.
