Biographical notes:
Ossmann (1920-2006) served in the Army Air Force from 1942 to 1946.
After an honorable discharge at the rank of 1st lieutenant, he managed the Yellow Cab Company in Madison (Wisconsin) for thirty years and eventually settled in Verona (Wisconsin).
