Biographical notes:
Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by John C. Pierce, on voyage from 28 Aug. 1860-22 Apr. 1867 to the On the Line and Middle whaling grounds; agent-owner: Isaac B. Richmond; built as ship at Philadelphia, Pa., 1816; rerigged to bark in 1860.
