Edith Joan Lyttleton of Campbell Town, Tasmania, wrote under the pen name G. B. Lancaster. Her work is variously set in New Zealand (where she spent her childhood), England, Canada, and Australia. Among her works are a collection of short stories, Sons of man (1904), and the novels Jim of the range (1910), Pageant (1933), Promenade (1938), and Grand parade (1943).
