Joslin, Falcon, 1866-1928.
Biographical notes:
Falcon Joslin (1866-1928), an attorney from Tennessee, came north to Dawson, Yukon, in 1897 and worked as a mining broker. He also organized and was president of Dawson Electric Light and Power Company. On moving to Fairbanks, Alaska, he was builder and president (1903-1917) of the Tanana Valley Railroad, the first railroad in interior Alaska. He was also president of Alaska Wireless Telegraph Company (1910) and of the St. Elias Oil Company, Katalla, Alaska (1916). He died in Seattle, Washington, in January 1928.
