Biographical notes:
The Perseverance was a sealing ship. Robert Williamson, Master. On this voyage the ship sailed from Philadelphia to the Cape of Good Hope, the southern end of Cape Penninsula, Western Cape Province, South Africa, and then back to Philadelphia from 1803 to 1804.
