Shibell family.
Biographical notes:
Charles Shibell was a pioneer Pima County Sheriff. His daughter, Mercedes Shibell Gould, was one of the first graduates of the University of Arizona, an Arizona Historical Society board member, and was active with the Y.W.C.A. in Tucson.
