Whaling vessel; out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by John S. Barker (until 26 Feb. 1848), and then Nathan B. Heath, on voyage from 15 Sept. 1845-5 Apr. 1849 to the Western, Northwest Atlantic, Tristan, and Indian Ocean whaling grounds; owner-agent: Pope & Morgan; built at Durham, N.H., 1822.
