Mr. Bluth was a resident of Birmingham, Mich. and a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean War. He was the owner of International Advertising and Marketing Media-a public relations company. He also worked for American Motors Corporation, D'Arcy-McManus, and Campbell-Ewald. Mr. Bluth was a member of the American Press Association, the Society of Auto Historians, the Classic Car Club, and the MG, Hudson and Fiat motor car clubs. He served on the board of the Friends of the National Automotive History Collection board and as the past president of the Algonquin Club. Mr. Bluth was the author of two books: The History of the Stinson Airplane Company and The History of the Detroit Athletic Club. He also authored numerous articles for various publications.
