Biographical notes:
Harvey received a bachelor of science degree in education from the University of Kansas in 1948 and a master of arts degree in speech and drama from the University of Kansas in 1950. He worked as an actor, vice president, director and producer for Centron Films in Lawrence, Kansas from 1952 to 1985. Harvey died of pancreatic cancer in 1996.
