Throughout his life, Henry Ford's diverse interests beyond automobile production led him to experimental farming, lumbering and hydroelectric power experimentation. In many instances, Henry Ford's personal interests were taken up by Ford Motor Company. To this end, many of Henry's personal properties were acquired by Ford Motor Company.
