Harry E. Williams (1879-1972) was a businessman and veteran of the Spanish American War.
He enlisted in the United States Army in 1898 in North Dakota and was sent to the Philippines. He moved to Portland in 1904. He help organized the Spanish American War veterans. In 1917 he volunteered for army duty. He was a founding member of the 91st Division Legion Post "52. He was elected National Commander of the United Spanish American War veternas. He owned the Mount Hood Lumber Comapny.
