Biographical notes:
Nelson S. Waller was a physician in Fredericksburg, Virginia and he also served as justice of the peace. Judson Waller was his son. Aylett Waller was commissioned as lieutenant colonel in the Virginia Militia. He served as a commander of the 16th Virginia Regiment in the War of 1812.
