Instructor at North Texas Agricultural College; set up art departments and taught at bothArlington High School and Tarrant County Junior College; woman's editor for the ARLINGTON JOURNAL where she wrote an historical series about early Arlington; author of ARLINGTON: BIRTHPLACE OF THE METROPLEX, 1838-1910; active in community service.
