Biographical notes:
Jack M. Campbell was born in Hutchinson, Kansas in 1916. He began a law practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico (1940). He served as speaker of the House (1961-1962), chairman of the Legislative Council (1962), and chairman of the 33 states Interstate Oil Compact Commission (1963-1964). Campbell served two consecutive two year terms as Governor of the State of New Mexico (1963-1966).
