Missionary; born Ruth Lillian Maxwell, January 10, 1955, in Jos, Nigeria; received BRE from Prairie Bible College, 1977, and MA in Missions/Intercultural Studies from Wheaton College Graduate School, 1990; worked as Assistant Dean and Dean of Women of Prairie Bible Institute, 1978-1983; served as missionary in Liberia for Sudan Interior Mission, 1986-1989.
