Biographical notes:

Born in Utica, N.Y., 1845; came to Buffalo in 1882 as professor of obstetrics and gynecology at University of Buffalo. Dr. Mann was the operating surgeon after President William McKinley was shot at the Pan- American Exposition in Sept. 1901.
