Biographical notes:
Robert W. Burrell was an entomologist with the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Bureau of Entomology and Plant Quarantine researching in Yokohama, Japan (1932-1941) and Yakima, Wash. (1946-1953). He was a professor at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, La., between 1953 and 1966.
