Biographical notes:

Charles Millard was Director and Curator of the Washington Gallery of Modern Art from 1966-1974.

In 1966, he curated an exhibition on Washington, D.C. painter Mary Meyer (1920-1965) for WGMA. The corresponding exhibition announcement was preserved by Millard in 2007 and may be the only one in existence.
