Glens Falls Paper Mill Company (South Glens Falls, N.Y.)
The Glens Falls Paper Company was incorporated in 1864 and operated a mill on the south side of the Hudson River in South Glens Falls. The firm was reorganized in 1882 as the Glens Falls Paper Mill Company. William E. Spier was President of the Glens Falls Paper Mill Company. George R. Harris was Secretary from 1891-1898; Bryan L. Arlen succeeded him and served through 1905. Other officers included Frederick H. Parks, George H. Parks, and W. B. Dillon. Trustees included William McEchron, Jonathan M. Coolidge, Byron Lapham, Solomon A. Parks, Hugh A. Bowden, William H. Weaver, and G. F. Underwood.
