BeLieu, Kenneth E.
Kenneth E. Belieu was a United States (U.S.) Army officer. He was a decorated World War II (WWII) and Korean War veteran who lost his left leg below the knee as a result of wounds received in combat. Following recuperation, he served as Executive Officer to two Secretaries of the Army before retirement as a colonel in 1955. He served both as Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Installations and Logistics and as Under Secretary of the Army.
