Hauck, C. J. (Clarence Jonathan), 1908-

Clarence Jonathan Hauck, Jr., (b. Dec. 13, 1908, Elizabeth, N.J.), U.S. Army officer, graduated from West Point in 1931 and from law school in 1940. He was assigned to the Judge Advocate General Corps from 1940 to 1954. He served as chief of legislative liaison for the Department of the Army from 1953 to 1956, and as assistant to the Secretary of Defense beginning in 1957.
