Gonzalez, Vicente, 1967-

Vicente Gonzalez Jr. (born September 4, 1967) is an American lawyer and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he has served as the United States Representative for Texas's 15th congressional district since 2017.

Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, he earned a G.E.D. before going on to earn an associate's degree from Del Mar College, a B.A. from the Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University on the Corpus Christi Naval Air Station and a J.D. from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. While attending law school, Gonzalez worked as an intern in the office of former Congressman Solomon P. Ortiz. He is a member of Texas's and New York's bar associations and is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
