United States. Panama Canal Commission. Office of the Secretary

The Office of the Secretary, which was located in Washington, DC, had the responsibility of participating in the development and establishment of Panama Canal Commission (PCC) policies as well as serving as a liaison with other Federal agencies and the U.S. Congress. The Secretaries were Thomas M. Constant, Michael Rhode, Jr., John A. Mills, and William J. Connolly.
