Bulmer, William, 1757-1830
Bulmer was a typographer from Newcastle who came to London in the 1790s and established the Shakespeare Press under the firm of Bulmer ? or, ten day's pleasant discourse upon illuminated manuscripts (3 vols.) in 1817.
