Carman, Charles E.
Charles C. Carman, Professor of Education, was born in 1910, received a B.S. (1940), an Ed.M. (1948), and Ed.D. (1956) from Rutgers University, was an administrator in the Trenton school system, and taught at Trenton State College from 1961 to 1985.
