Horne, Douglas P.

Douglas P. Horan served as the Kennedy Assassination Records Review Board's Chief Analyst for Military Records from March 1997 to September 1998. Horne previously served the Review Board as a Senior Analyst. Prior to his work at the Review Board, Horne served in the U.S. Navy and also worked as a civilian for the U.S. Navy. He received his B.A. from the Ohio State University.
