Hammond, Elton F.
Elton F. Hammond was a United States (U.S.) Army officer who served in World War I (WWI), World War II (WWII) and the Korean War. He was Patton's signal officer at the 3rd Army and later became commandant of the Army Signal School at Fort Monmouth, New Jersey.
