Mr. Cecil gives a brief life history: names the distilleries he worked for, and several other distilleries: says bootlegging was common in the cities, they stole and sold distillery whiskey as well as moonshine: identifies two companies that bottled whiskey for medicinal use: tells his thoughts on Prohibition, moral issue, religious issue, means of livelihood: comments on the attitude of law enforcement officers, jailers would allow those jailed for whiskey offenses to go home for Christmas.
