Parkes, David, 1763-1833.
David Parkes was an English schoolmaster, draughtsman and antiquary. The Breidden Society in Wales was founded in 1789 by John Dovaston of West Felton for the purpose of hosting a festival at Breidden Hill once a year during June or July.
