Knox, Cyril H., 1886-1962

Born 1886, in Reno; worked in the title insurance field, serving successively as manager, vice president, and director of Washoe County Title Guaranty Company; deputy city clerk in the Washoe County Recorder's Office (ca.1912); City Councilman (1928-47); chair of the Federal Housing Administration (1941-1947); associate member of the California Land Title and the American Title Associations; and vice president and director of the Union Federal Savings and Loan Association.
