Suski, P. M. (Peter Marie), 1875-

Sakae Susuki was born in 1875; a native of Okayama Prefecture, he arrived in the US in 1898; graduated Univ. of So. CA Medical School, 1917; additional studies at Berlin Univ.; lived in San Francisco (1898-1906) and relocated to Los Angeles, CA following the Great Earthquake; was a photographer prior to Medical School; practiced medicine in So. CA before WWII and in Denver post-WWII; was also known as Dr. Peter M. Suski; he was also an author and a linguist; died 1961.
