Lubran, Bernard.

Bernard Lubran resides in Rockville, Maryland. He is the son of Walter Lubran (originally Lubranitzki), a German Jew, who emigrated to the United States from Sebnitz, Germany, in 1938. Walter enlisted in the United States Army and was primarily stationed in France and Germany from 1944 to 1946.
