Ruby, Jack, 1911-1967
Jack Leon Ruby (b. Jacob Rubenstein, Apr. 25, 1911, Chicago, Ill.-d. Jan. 3, 1967, Dallas, Tex.), also known as Jack Leon Rubenstein, was a Dallas, Texas, nightclub owner. He shot and killed Kennedy assassin Lee Harvey Oswald on November 24, 1963.
