Gwynedd Preparative Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends (1936-1974)

In 1936, Gwynedd Monthly Meeting (Hicksite) was discontinued and its three preparative meetings, Gwynedd, Norristown and Plymouth were established as monthly meetings. The members of Gwynedd Preparative Meeting (Hicksite) became members of this newly organized Gwynedd Monthly Meeting. From 1936 to 1974, Gwynedd Preparative Meeting continued to meet as a separate meeting for business of Gwynedd Monthly Meeting.
