Harvard Riverside Associates.

The Harvard Riverside Associates, later known as the Harvard Riverside Trust, was a group of alumni organized by Edward Waldo Forbes in 1902 or 1903. The Associates purchased all the land not already owned by Harvard or private clubs between Mount Auburn Street and the River north to south and Bow Street and Boylston Street [now Kennedy Street] east to west. This land was given to Harvard in 1912 and 1918.
