Flanigan, Peter M. (Peter Magnus), 1923-2013
Peter Magnus Flanigan (b. 1923) was an investment banker, and Assistant to President Nixon from 1969 to 1974. In the White House, his responsibilities focused primarily on economic, commercial, and financial issues. He was also the Executive Director of the Council on International Economic Policy (CIEP), and was involved in the selection process of individuals for non-career diplomatic posts.
