Ritchie, James Monroe, 1829-1918
James Monroe Ritchie was an attorney and a U. S. Representative from Ohio. He was admitted to the bar in 1858 and commenced practice in Toledo, Ohio. Ritchie was elected as a Republican to Congress and served from 1881 to 1883.
