University of Chicago. Center for Policy Study
The Center for Policy Study was founded in 1966 as a forum for the review and public discussion of major national issues. Until its dissolution in 1980, its activities were overseen by a Board of Governors made up of thirty Faculty Fellows appointed by the President of the University. The Center was administered through the Office of the Vice President for Public Affairs.
