Charles Rae was born in 1958 and first began his studies at the University of Glasgow , in 1976 . He took classes in English, Humanity, Scottish Literature, Moral Philosophy, History of Fine Art and Psychology. Charles graduated in 1979 with an MA, and is listed in the General Council Registers as a Librarian.
