Rodrigue, Oliver F.,
Oliver F. Rodrigue, Jr. was born and raised in Raceland, La., and joined the Air Force to avoid being drafted. He was assigned as an aircraft mechanic to the 9th Special Operations Squadron stationed in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
