Whaling vessel, out of New Bedford, Mass., mastered by Benjamin F. Ellis, on voyage from 31 Aug. 1855 to 8 July 1857; agent-owner: Chapman & Bonney; built at Somerset, Mass., 1834; formerly a schooner; added 1854 from Provincetown; sold to Mattapoisett., in 1857; lost 1865.
