Michigan. Board of Medicine.
The Michigan Board of Medicine was created by Act 237, Public Acts of 1899 and codified in Act 368, Public Acts of 1978. The primary function of the Board is to provide guidelines for conducting examinations and granting licenses to individuals who want to engage in the practice of allopathic medicine. Moreover, the Board provides penalties for violations of the act.
