Korngold, Julius
Korngold was a noted music critic in Vienna and had been acquainted there with Alma and Gustav Mahler; he was the father of the composer Erich Wolfgang Korngold (1897-1957). He emigrated to the U.S. in 1938, and writes from Hollywood, California.
